Affiliate Silver Bullet Review
Soren Jordansen, John Merrick & Cindy Battye- the creators of famous Clickbank Pirate are back with an automated system which people can use to make money online. The system is called Affiliate Silver Bullet. I have been lucky enough to get early access to this product. I am reviewing it right now. The Affiliate Silver Bullet goes live on April 29, 2010. I will write a full in-review before this happens. So check back often or check out the resources below:

Update:
I have now gone through the materials of Affiliate Silver Bullet and I will share with you what I have discovered. Please bare in mind that there’s a lot of resources that Affiliate Silver Bullet team has put together for you, so it’s quite impossible to talk about all of them, but I give my best that all the important things get covered.
So What Exactly is Affiliate Silver Bullet?
As I said above Affiliate Silver Bullet is a “done-for-you” automated affiliate marketing system.
The system consists of 28 Silver Bullets an huge amount of traffic tutorials-you get one Silver Bullet delivered to you each week. Silver Bullet is actually a fancy name for a marketing material package.(Silver Bullet sounds a lot better:-)) Each of these bullets consist of:
- A Professionally Designed Video Squeeze Page
- A Pre-Selling Mini-Site
- A 5-Part Training Series
- 25 Keyword-rich SEO Article
I can confirm that all these things are waiting you in the back office. But one thing is delivering and the other thing is the quality of what you deliver. So let’s see how well has the Affiliate Silver Bullet team done their job.
A professionally Designed Video Squeeze page
I am really satisfied with the quality and I think that this might be the strongest part of the whole Affiliate Silver Bullet system. The graphics look very good and video is professionally done. If you are promoting something you have to think like your customer, does the sales page make you want to buy the product or does the squeeze page make you want to sign up to get the free item you are promised. Great thing with Affiliate Silver Bullet squeeze pages is that they make me want to opt-in. As you know the most important thing an Internet marketer can do is to build a list and I sincerely think that Affiliate Silver Bullet’s high converting videos can help you do that. Below is a screenshot of a sample squeeze page.

A Pre-Selling Mini-Site
As the guys at Affiliate Silver Bullet say that you can’t hard sell your prospects, you can pre-sell them. One of the best ways to do that is to educate them. I checked couple of these mini-sites and they were well written. No one would win a Pulitzer for these copies, but they sure are good enough to get your visitors interested checking out your offer.
A Powerful 5-Part Training Series
After your leads opt-in to your list you need to build trust, you can do that by providing value to them. For this you get auto responder messages which get delivered to your leads. Here I was pleasantly surprised. The e-mails I get from self proclaimed Internet marketing gurus everyday are usually short with tons of links and hype. But the e-mails in Affiliate Silver Bullet are quite long, the ones I checked were over 700 words, they were educational and contained only one link in the footer, so that customers don’t feel pushed. Though some people might argue, but in my experience conversions are higher this way and it seems that creators of Affiliate Silver Bullet agree with me.
25 Keyword-rich SEO Article
Not much to say here. The articles are high quality and content is the king. Rewriting is necessary, cause other members would be getting the same articles.
I checked the silver bullets and besides the tools mentioned above there were solo ads, keyword lists and ads for ppc, but I don’t think that these are very useful, cause others will get the same ads. The keyword list needs to be further researched, cause there were general keywords, which cost a lot and are not targeted. Still they are good resources for using as templates or starting points.
Overall I think that even one bullet is easily worth a lot more than the cost of the entire system. Graphic designers, video artists and article writers are very expensive nowadays and I don’t even start mentioning how much a copywriter asks for a simple follow-up message.
Is there something else in the Affiliate Silver Bullet?
Yes, as I mentioned before, there is a huge database of traffic generation strategies and tutorials, but this part has actually been a little disappointment. The traffic generation section consists of 15 traffic methods:
1. Email Marketing
2. Article Marketing
3. Integration Marketing
4. Blog Marketing
5. Forum Marketing
6. Email Signatures
7. Banner Advertising
8. Safelist Advertising
9. Traffic Exchange Advertising
10. Social Bookmarking
11. Twitter Marketing
12. PPC Advertising
13. Classified Ads
14. Giveaway Events
15. More Training
The info in these sections is too generic. I think people, especially newbies could use a more step by step plan not just bunch of resources. And some promotion techniques are just time wasters. For example traffic exchange advertising. Think about it, there are only people who are interested getting you to their offer. But you need people who are interested in your offer. People who want to buy from you not sell to you. Metaphorically speaking: Could you walk 1000 miles? Probably you could, but if you had to get there as fast as possible, would you go by plane or start walking? The same thing is with traffic exchanges and as well with safelists-they are complete waste of time. I used to be one of these guys who clicked ads all day long to earn credits, as soon as I walked out of this rat race I began to see results in my Internet marketing career. So if you are going to buy Affiliate Silver Bullet don’t waste your time with these methods and if you are using them now, stop right immediately.
Overall I think that Affiliate Silver Bullet traffic section doesn’t provide much value, advanced marketers wouldn’t waste their time with it, they already know how to drive traffic and for newbies the information is too chaotic, general and leads to analysis of paralysis. Some people might get some traffic and maybe even sales with these methods, but I don’t recommend it.
Is there anything else I should know about Affiliate Silver Bullet?
Yes, actually there is. As you understand I don’t like the traffic generation part in the system, but I like how the overall back office is built up this is what I would have liked the traffic generation section to be as well. You get step by step action plan and everything is easy to navigate.

How Do I make money with Affiliate Silver Bullet?
You make money by driving traffic as an affiliate to different products. If a customer makes a purchases you get up to 75% of the sale.
Besides that you earn as an AdSense publisher. You show ads on your pages and if anybody clicks them you earn money. A minimum you can earn is 1 cent per click, sometimes you can earn several dollars per click but more often you get clicks which pay $0.20-0.40 a click.
Are there any additional costs after the Affiliate Silver Bullet membership purchase?
Yes and no. It’s optional. If you want you can have all your tools and resources hosted by Affiliate Silver Bullet, if that’s the case you don’t need any other investment. You just get a link where you have to send traffic to and everything is automatically taken care for you in the background. Choosing this path has it’s pros and cons. Good thing is that, you don’t have to do almost nothing else but follow the traffic generation strategies and there’s no further expenses.Bad thing is that you don’t have a control over your list, but it’s very important to have a control over your own list, otherwise you just as well may not have it at all. Another bad thing is that the link you can use to generate traffic is an ugly one which people don’t like to click.
Which link would you rather click: “homebusiness.com” or AffiliateSilverBullet.com/hop.to?b.16.remibraxton?
If you choose to have everything hosted by Affiliate Silver Bullet I suggest that you at least use a url shortening service like bit.ly or tinyurl.
The other option is to host it everything yourself. with this option there are further costs- A hosting account, a domain name and auto responder. This would cost you about $23 a month if you know the right resources. (Ask me!)
So further expenses are a bad thing with this option thought the expenses are relatively small, but you get a premium domain name which allow you to rank better in the search engines and what’s most important-you control our list.
Conclusion
Affiliate Silver Bullet is an automated affiliate marketing system which will almost entirely automate your affiliate promotions. You only have to take part of the traffic generation part. The system consists of 28 Silver Bullets, which will be released one by one every week. Inside each Silver Bullet there are high converting video squeeze page and all the follow up material you can use to make living as an affiliate. I am very satisfied with the quality and I think it’s really a no-brainer for newbie Internet marketers as well for advanced ones. For newbies Affiliate Silver Bullet gives a shortcut to get up and make money without all the technical hassle and without learning how stuff works and how to set everything up. For advanced affiliate marketers it’s a huge money and time saver. I suggest people to go with self hosted method, cause that’s where the real money is to be made. I recommend having Affiliate Silver Bullet host your Silver Bullets only for people who are really short of money and can’t afford the self hosting option. But as soon as you make enough money with your Silver Bullets I strongly advise you switch over.
